Client Agreement & Disclaimer

Welcome and Acknowledgement:

Thank you for scheduling an Akashic Record session. Before we begin, I kindly ask that you review and agree to the following terms and conditions to ensure clarity and mutual understanding of the session’s nature and scope.

Purpose of the Akashic Record Session:

This session offers spiritual insight, energetic support, and healing through access to your Akashic Records—a higher dimension of consciousness that contains the energetic imprint of your soul’s journey across lifetimes.

The purpose of this session is to empower you with clarity, perspective, and guidance that supports your healing, alignment, and personal growth.

Akashic Records work requires you to be emotionally stable. If you're experiencing an emergency or crisis situation, it's best to invest your resources in more immediate support or help.

Intuitive Guidance:

I serve as a conduit for divine guidance received from your Akashic guide team— each attuned to your soul’s unique frequency and always in service to your highest truth.

The messages are shared in service to your highest good. While insights may be offered, you remain the sovereign decision- maker in how you choose to respond and integrate the information.

I am not a psychic and I don't use the Akashic Records for fortune-telling. I do not predict the future or when/whether something is going to happen.

There's no guaranteed outcome to any reading. The Records often don't provide clear-cut, yes-or-no answers. Please stay open to what the Records have to share with you, trusting that it is for your highest good where you are right now.

Oracle and Crystal Messages

The oracle and crystal messages are based on numbers intuitively chosen by you prior to your session. These numbers correspond to specific oracle decks and crystals, which work in co-creation with your higher self and guides to amplify the guidance provided.

The messages are an enhancement to your guide’s transmissions and reflect what you are to receive in your highest good at this time.

Personal Responsibility for Integration:

You are fully responsible for how you choose to receive and integrate the guidance shared. I encourage reflective practices to support your embodiment of the session’s messages. Your transformation is guided by your willingness to participate actively in your healing journey.

Akashic Record sessions are intended for spiritual and personal development purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice or treatment.

I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any physical or mental health condition. If you are experiencing physical or emotional challenges, please consult a licensed healthcare or mental health professional.

Energetic Protection:

Protective energetic protocols are used throughout the session to create a safe and sacred space. After your session, you will receive a follow-up document with gentle practices for grounding, energy clearing, and integration.

While I will support this process, you are also responsible for maintaining your own energetic integrity after the session.

Session Recording and Transcript Policy:

By participating in a session with Susan DeLancey of Infinite Light Resonance, you acknowledge and agree to the following regarding session recordings, transcripts, and the sharing of information:

Recording by Practitioner: Sessions may be recorded (audio or video) by Susan solely for the purpose of creating a written transcript of the channeled session. The recording itself remains under Susan’s control and is not shared with the client as standard practice. Once the transcript is completed, the original recording is securely deleted unless otherwise mutually agreed upon.

Transcript Sharing: Clients receive the written transcript of the channeled portion of the session for their personal integration and reflection. This transcript is provided for private use only.

Audio Recording Requests: Requests for access to the session audio may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at Susan’s sole discretion. If permission is granted, the recording is provided under strict confidentiality and is to be used solely for personal reflection. Unauthorized sharing, posting, or distribution of the recording is strictly prohibited.

Client Recording Prohibited: Clients are not permitted to record the session independently (audio or video) without prior written consent from Susan. Unauthorized recording of any part of the session is strictly prohibited.

Control of Session Materials: All recording and dissemination of session information is exclusively managed by Susan. This protects the energetic integrity of the sacred work and ensures the confidentiality of the session space.

Confidentiality and Respect: Clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of all session materials. No portion of the transcript, session information, or (if applicable) audio may be posted publicly, distributed, or shared without explicit written permission from Susan.

Consent Acknowledgment: By proceeding with the session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Session Recording and Transcript Policy, and you agree to honor the sacred boundaries and confidentiality of the work.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

I value the time and energy dedicated to each Akashic Record session. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged the full session rate.
No-shows will be charged the full session rate.
Refunds are not available. However, in the case of an emergency, I will do my best to accommodate a rescheduled session.
Refunds are not available for remote sessions once booked and paid for.

Because of the nature of my readings and services, I must be in good health and a clear state of mind to properly channel, hold space, and connect with the Akashic Records and your energy. If I am unwell, have an emergency, or experience any unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) that prevent me from holding your session, I will make every effort to reschedule your appointment within 10 business days of the original date, at not additional charge.

Consent and Agreement:

By scheduling and participating in this session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined above. You acknowledge the sacred nature of this work and your personal responsibility for your own healing and integration.
