Cancellation & Refund Policy

I value the time, energy, and preparation dedicated to each Akashic Record session. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so the energetic space for this work can be respectfully held.

Cancellations:

Cancellations made 7+ days in advance receive a 50% refund or full credit toward a future session.

Cancellations with 24-72 hours notice may be rescheduled at no charge.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows will be charged the full session rate.

Refunds:

Refunds are only available as outlined in the cancellation policy above. Refunds are not provided based on session content or outcomes.

Emergencies & Practitioner Cancellations

In cases of documented emergency (hospitalization, family death), exceptions may be considered at my discretion.

Because of the nature of Akashic Record work, I must be in good health and a clear mental state to properly channel and hold space. If I need to cancel due to illness or emergency, your session will be rescheduled within 10 business days at no charge.
