Getting Started

What sessions do you offer?

I offer four options to meet your needs:

Discovery Call: (15 minutes): Complimentary connection on Zoom to be sure we are a good fit.
Live Zoom Sessions (45 or 75 minutes): Interactive dialogue in real time.
Distance Sessions (30 or 60 minutes): A channeled reading delivered to your inbox.
Clarity & Reflection (30 minutes): A follow-up to integrate a previous session and ask questions.

How do I book?

Do Distance sessions work as well as Live Zoom?

Yes. The Akashic Records are not limited by time or location. Many clients love Distance sessions for the spacious reflection they allow, while others prefer the interactive dialogue of Zoom. Choose what feels best for you.

How I Work

Are you a conscious or a trance channel? What does that mean?

I am a conscious (direct) channel, which means the information flows through me from the Akashic Records and higher realms of wisdom without interference or personal interpretation. While I remain aware of what’s happening in the room, I enter a light altered state—deeply attuned yet not fully anchored in everyday awareness. It feels as though I’m sitting slightly to the side, observing as the words and energy move through me in real time.

Unlike a full trance channel, who may have little or no awareness during a session, I maintain energetic presence and stewardship throughout. This ensures the transmission remains clear, grounded, and aligned with your highest good. Each message is a direct, unfiltered communication from the Akashic field, carried through a frequency of integrity, love, and truth.

Do you channel the oracle and crystal messages?

I consciously channel your Akashic reading. The oracle and crystal messages are companion pieces: oracle card meanings are transcribed from the deck’s guidebook, and crystal properties come from my prepared studies. Together, they support and reflect the Akashic guidance.

Are you certified to read the Akashic Records?

Yes. I am a certified Akashic Record Practitioner, trained through Josephine Hardman PhD's Akashic Record Practitioner Certification program and Sacred Awakening Certification Program in alignment with the ethical standards of integrity, sovereignty, and service to the highest good. My work continues to evolve through advanced study, mentorship, inner personal work and direct experience within the Records.

Each session is held with deep reverence, guided by your Soul and Source—never by personal agenda. The certification simply formalizes what is ultimately a sacred calling: to serve as a clear, responsible conduit for divine truth and healing.

Preparation

How should I prepare for my session?

Set an intention and a focused question you’d like to explore.
Choose a quiet, comfortable space where you can be present.
Have water and a notebook nearby (for Live Zoom).
For Distance sessions, watch for your confirmation email with any simple pre-session steps.

Can I ask about other people?

We hold strong boundaries in the Records. You’re welcome to ask about your relationships and how to show up in alignment with them, but we will not enter another person’s Records without their consent. The focus always remains on your healing, growth, and understanding within the connection.

We can also explore ancestral or familial patterns as they relate to your soul’s evolution and present-life experience. The Records honor free will and privacy, ensuring that every insight shared serves the highest good of all involved.

Do you channel the oracle and crystal messages?

The oracle and crystal messages are not directly channeled through me—they’re part of a co-creative process between you, your Higher Self, your guides, and the Akashic field. Before your session, you’ll intuitively choose the oracle deck and corresponding crystals by number. This selection, guided by your soul’s resonance, aligns you with the exact frequencies meant to support your reading.

During your session, I draw one oracle card from your chosen deck while in the Akashic Records. The message that comes through is transcribed from the deck’s guidebook, accompanied by the companion crystal message chosen through the same intuitive collaboration.

Together, these elements weave a unified transmission—your Higher Self, the Akashic field, the oracle, and the crystal—all harmonizing to offer clarity, activation, and integration for your continued soul evolution.

During the Session

What does a Live Zoom session feel like?

A Live Zoom session feels calm, spacious, and deeply connected - even through the screen. We begin with a few moments to ground and open your heart space, setting a clear intention before entering the Akashic Records. Once the Records are opened, the energy often feels expansive yet peaceful, like a subtle current of light moving through the conversation.

Many clients describe feeling waves of calm, warmth, or gentle emotion as insights come forward. You may experience heightened clarity, tingling sensations, or a deep sense of being seen and understood at a soul level. The energy continues working long after our time together - integrating in your own rhythm.

While every session is unique, the overall experience is one of sacred dialogue, energetic realignment, and loving support. You’re encouraged to relax, take notes if you wish, and simply allow the energy and messages to unfold naturally.

What happens in a Distance session?

A Distance Akashic Record session is just as powerful as a live one - the only difference is that we’re not meeting in real time. At your scheduled time, I open your Records in sacred space and channel the guidance, messages, and energetic transmission you’re ready to receive.

Once complete, you’ll receive a written transcript of your session, along with your co-created oracle and crystal messages. Some clients say they can feel the energy flowing during the session, even from afar - a gentle sense of peace, lightness, or emotional release.

Because the Records exist beyond space and time, the connection is direct and immediate. The information comes through exactly as it would in a live session, offering clarity, healing, and alignment for your next steps.

Can I record the session?

A full written transcript is provided for every session. You are welcome to make a personal audio recording of Live Zoom if you wish.

After the Session

What do I receive afterward?

After your session, you’ll receive a full written transcript of your Akashic Record reading, including the oracle and crystal companion messages that were chosen during your session. This allows you to revisit the messages and reflect on them in your own time—many clients find that new layers of understanding emerge as they integrate the energy over days or weeks.

You’ll also receive the Grounding & Integration Guide to support your energetic recalibration after the session. This guide includes simple practices, somatic grounding, and visualization techniques to help you embody the insights you received.

Every session closes with clear energetic boundaries, ensuring you remain grounded, centered, and connected to your own sovereignty as the energy continues to integrate.

How soon will I receive my Distance session transcript?

You’ll receive your complete Distance session transcript—along with your oracle and crystal companion messages—within 72 hours of your scheduled session time. Each session is transcribed and prepared with care to ensure the messages are presented clearly and energetically aligned.

Your written transcript allows for deep reflection and integration, as new layers of insight often unfold over time. Audio recordings are also available upon request if you’d like to receive the energetic transmission in its original spoken form.

You’ll receive all materials by email, including your Grounding & Integration Guide, to support your continued alignment after the session.

Will you tell me exactly what to do or predict the future?

Akashic guidance is empowering and honors free will. We explore probable timelines and aligned next steps, so you can make grounded choices. You are always sovereign.

Pricing and availability?

All current session options and rates are listed on the Book a Session page. I offer both live Zoom sessions and distance (remote) readings, with pricing based on session length and depth of work.

Availability varies throughout the month, as I hold space for a limited number of clients each week to ensure each session receives my full attention and energetic presence. You’ll see all open time slots when scheduling through the online calendar, and you’re welcome to join the waitlist if your preferred time isn’t available.

Nothing from your session is ever shared or discussed without your explicit consent. Transcripts, notes, and messages are created and delivered only for your personal use. The energetic space of your reading is protected before, during, and after our connection, ensuring you remain grounded, clear, and sovereign in your own energy.

Logistics & Tech

What tech do I need for Live Zoom?

You’ll need a stable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone (such as a computer, tablet, or smartphone), and a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be interrupted.

Before your session, you’ll receive a private Zoom link via email. Simply click the link at your scheduled time to join - no account setup or downloads are required if you open it in your browser, though the free Zoom app can provide a smoother experience.

You may choose to use headphones or earbuds for clearer audio and a more immersive connection. Most importantly, come prepared with an open heart, clear intention, and the the question you’d like to explore - the tech just helps us bridge the space between us.

Accessibility and accommodations?
